After several decades in the business, we know no two customers are the same. That's why flexibility is so important. Take distribution, for example. We can ship just about any amount of oil to you – from huge deliveries to very small ones – no matter where you are in the world. Lead-times are short and whatever your preferred mode of delivery is, we'll do our best to accommodate you – from drums to shiploads, including IBCs and flexitanks.

As a customer, you'll have access to a global network of sales offices, staffed by highly knowledgeable Nynas personnel. You'll be dealing with people who not only understand your application, but also your culture. 

Technical support

At Nynas we pride ourselves with the recognition of our customers in trying our hardest and giving the best technical support to them. This is a result of not only the high technical knowhow among our sales force but also one of our technical support division composed of engineers, scientists and researchers dedicated to provide the required technical support to our customers. If you have any questions or need assistance in any way – including consultancy on oil and application – you can either through your local Nynas office who will forward your inquiry to, or put you in contact with, our technical support organisation, or you can send your question to the , where you will receive an answer within 24 hours.
