Nytex 4700
Nytex 4700 is the latest addition to our range of tyre oils. Thanks to a glass-transition temperature close to -56°C, this naphthenic black oil performs well in tyre compounds. What about health and safety? With a total PAH content well below 10 ppm, this oil meets even the toughest demands. Nytex 4700 is available and used in ample quantities worldwide. Nytex 4700 is an excellent alternative to TDAE or (T-,S-) RAE.
Nytex 8450
Nytex 8450 is a highly refined naphthenic oil, delivering performance fully comparable to TDAE classified products. A glass-transition temperature of -48°C ensures that this grade performs well in tyre compounds. And with a total PAH content well below 10 ppm and the DMSO extractable amount under 3% (measured in accordance with IP346 methodology), this oil meets the toughest demands on health and safety.
Nytex 5450
With a glass-transition temperature of -44°C, Nytex 5450 is a highly refined 2000 SUS naphthenic oil. And with a total PAH well below 10 ppm and the DMSO extractable amount under 3% (measured in accordance with IP346 methodology), this grade meets the toughest demands on health and safety.
Nytex 832
Nytex 832 is our classical grade – in the US it would be categorized as a 1200 SUS naphthenic oil. Thanks to a glass-transition temperature of -60°C, it performs well in tyre compounds. What’s more, with a total PAH content well below 10 ppm and the DMSO extractable amount under 3% (in accordance with IP346 methodology), this oil exceeds even the toughest health and safety stipulations. Nytex 832 is in compliance with the ETRMA MES specification.
Nytex 810
With a glass-transition temperature of -75°C, Nytex 810 is a highly refined 100 SUS, 22cSt naphthenic oil. This grade is often used with natural rubber. And with a total PAH content well below 10 ppm and the DMSO extractable amount under 3% (measured in accordance with IP346 methodology), Nytex 810 meets the toughest health and safety requirements.
