We are currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager Process for Nynäshamn.

The purpose of the Technical Services Process department is to support a long term reliable and safe production, follow up the performance of existing process units both regarding performance but also environmental compliance, develop the process units through investment and implement improvement proposals. The position as Technical Services Manager Process reports to the refinery manager and is a member of the refinery management team.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include managing a team consisting of seven process engineers, initiate, justify, and prioritize projects while contributing to project execution.

You will:

- be responsible for the overall refinery Capex investment budget and your department’s budget.

- conduct performance analysis of the units, including troubleshooting, and ensure process designs are safe.

- be responsible for management of change and process safety information documentation.

- work closely with internal parties such as production, engineering, maintenance, HSE, technical market support, business development and with suppliers of equipment, catalysts and consultants.

- be a member of the site leadership team and we believe that you have at least three years of experience from a similar role.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate holds a MSc. in Chemical engineering or similar and has documented leadership experience from a process industry, preferably petro chemistry. The candidate has a strong drive and dedication to deliver high quality results on time and possess strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate communicates unimpeded in both Swedish and English.

To do well in this position, besides the technical skills mentioned above, you need to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, inspire and motivate your subordinates, have an ability to plan and execute projects, be analytical and quality-oriented. You like to collaborate and have a proactive approach.
