Nynas Management Systems

To fulfil our objectives within HSSE&Q – and to encourage continuous improvements – a co-ordinated work method is required based on a common working model. This is what is referred to as a management system.

Responsible care

For refineries in Sweden (Nynas AB) Nynas also subscribes to Responsible Care (NMS document number 179), the chemical industry's programme for continuous improvements within safety, health, environment and quality – popularly abbreviated SHEQ.

REACH stands for 'Registration Evaluation Authorisation of Chemicals' and came into force in 2007, replacing some 40 EU laws and directives. REACH stipulates that all chemicals that are manufactured or imported must be registered.
