The department consists of 8 people with two main focus areas, planning the oil flows and preparing deliveries. There are three people with the role as Planning and Distribution Planner but with different main responsibilities.
The planning team is responsible for scheduling, analyzing, and follow-up of the whole oil flow for the site from purchase to delivery. This is a temporary position to fill in for one of our planners during her maternity leave. The successful candidate will plan the crude distillation tower and the replenishment of the bitumen depots for the Nordic market. As a planner you have a central role at the refinery steering the movements and production. This in turn means you to have a lot of contacts across Nynas different departments.
Main tasks are
The successful candidate ideally has a Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Chemical engineering. You must have very good communication skills in both Swedish and English and be comfortable working in a variety of IT systems.
On a personal level we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a demanding role close to operations. You are result driven with a well developed cooperative ability. You must be analytical and good with numbers. It is important that the position holder is comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and decision making.

This is a one year full-time position based at our refinery in Nynäshamn, approximately 40 minutes from Stockholm.
