Key responsibilities

In the position as CEO Assistant and Legal support you provide high level support and assitance to primarily Nynas CEO, and also to the CFO and administer legal and compliance tasks for the General Counsel and the legal department. Partially support members of the Executive committee in travel, expenses and administration.

The position holder has global contact with Board members and Shareholders and works in close dialogue with the CEO, the General Counsel and members of the the Executive committee. Administrative support for the CEO, Board Administration, meeting planning and coordination, Group HSSE&Q KPIs reporting files, travel arrangements, conferences and internal events. You also administer company formalities of the companies in the Nynas Group to ensure internal control and legal compliance and keep policy documents related to compliance and corporate governance updated.

Other tasks will include to be the Key focal point for incoming KYC (Know Your Customer) matters including dialogues with counterparties such as banks and suppliers and administrate Nynas Compliance program.

About you

You possess several years of experience in positions as Executive Assistant or paralegal from international operations. You are used to working with presentations and are a skilled user of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. An academic degree and/or experience from compliance and legal administration is an advantage. As the company is international, you are expected to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are flexible, service minded and proactive. You are orderly and structured and have a keen eye for detail. It is of high importance you also have high integrity and loyalty. The position holder reports to the CEO and in matrix to the General Counsel.
