The Gothenburg refinery is a small organization focusing on the manufacturing of bitumen and upgraded bitumen specialty products such as PMB, Oxidized bitumen and Bitumen emulsions.
As a HSSEQ Manager you will proactively work and motivate the organization to work with continuous improvements within the area of HSSEQ.
You will actively be working to secure that the refinery follows the national and international developments and goals within the area of HSSEQ and establish useful networks to make sure that the organization fulfill those goals.
You will manage a team consisting of the HSSE Specialist Environment and the Administrator. You will report to the Refinery Manager and be part of the Management Team at the site where you will be given the opportunities to make an impact and contribute in the development work by taking part of important decisions.
Your main tasks and responsibility within the area of HSSEQ;
To do well in this position you need to have the ability to work independently as well as in teams. As a person, you need to be accurate, structured, service minded and a good communicator with a high level of integrity. You find it easy and stimulating to meet and communicate with every department and employee within the organization.
