The role of the HR Manager manufacturing is to drive Human Resources initiatives and HR issues in line with business objectives and in cooperation with the Refinery Management and HR Team.
You will report to the Director Human Resources and in Matrix to VP Manager Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree with specialization in HR Management. Minimum 10 years qualified HR manager experience, preferable from industrial and international companies. Very good knowledge of English and the Swedish language. Considerable knowledge of HR processes. Experience from being a part of a Management team. A good knowledge of labor law and Union negotiations. Experienced manager with own employee and budget responsibility.
