The Production department is a part of the Refinery organization in Nynäshamn and is responsible for the day to day operation of all process units, the tank farm, the harbor and the truck loading at the Nynäshamn Refinery. Together with HSSE, Maintenance, Process Technical Support and Supply and Distribution groups, the productions group makes up the refinery organization in Nynäshamn.
The areas of responsibility include development of the work force in terms of safety, behavior and competence. You will manage a work force of 70 people including operators and shift supervisors. Your responsibility is to work together with the shift supervisors to support them in their leadership, in the long term planning of the resources, in the planning of the daily work across the shift teams. You will also work together with the competence development manager to assist the competence development of the shift group. The main objectives for the coming years are to streamline the time to become a panel operator and thereby increase the number of panel operators. Other areas of responsibility are to develop common working processes and the working environment. To succeed with this, we need somebody that can drive and support the development of the shift teams.
You will be a member of the production management team and play a key role in the day to day activities as well as the future of the refinery. You will report directly to the Production manager. We see that you have interest to develop to be acting Production Manager when required.
You are a people Manager and have a well-documented leadership experience. You have an interest in developing people and organization in a technical and industrial environment. You understand the strong link between people and technic. You have worked in a similar environment and have a good understanding and a strong commitment for safety and reliable operation.
