 We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator / Management Assistant for Bitumen Nordic, based in Johanneshov. You will be part of the Sales Administration group within Bitumen Nordic.

As the position holder, you will work in a combined role as sales administrator for Bitumen Nordic, Sweden and Finland, and as Management assistant for Bitumen Nordic. As Sales Administrator you will carry out invoicing, stock reconciliation and payment registration in our ERP System NOW. As Management Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Business Area Director and Business Team in Bitumen Nordic, including support to the Sales and Operations departments. There will be both internal- and external -contacts.

Key responsibilities

  • Invoicing, review and error correction of orders
  • Stock reconciliation, updating of prices etc in ERP systems.
  • Sales administrative tasks with frequent internal contacts within finance, logistics and sales
  • Support to the Business Area Director and the Business Team with administrative tasks.
  • Collection of monthly reports, making presentation material, planning and arranging conferences etc

Candidate profile

The successful candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of sales administration.
  • Business-to-business experience and/or experience from working as executive assistant within an international environment is a merit.
  • Knowledge in ERP system and well developed IT skills, experience from JDE is a merit.
  • You need to be fluent in Swedish and with very good knowledge in English.
  • You are open and social, and enjoys working in teams.
  • Is structured, accurate, service-minded, and customer oriented.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, as well as drive for results
