Extended capacity in the US

The north-eastern US is an important market for Nynas transformer oils. To further enhance the service given to both existing and future customers, the company has increased the capacity at the depot in the coastal city of Perth Amboy, New Jersey.

Previously only base and process oil were kept in stock at the New Jersey depot, but the transformer oil NYTRO® 11GBX-US is now also available. NYTRO 11GBX-US has been developed to deliver solid resistance to oil degradation and provides good oxidation stability for a longer transformer life with less maintenance.

“The extended storage capacity allows us to bring value to customers by ensuring smooth, cost-efficient deliveries in this part of the country. One important objective for the future is to streamline and automate Supply Chain operations without sacrificing any deliverables, enabling us to continue to meet and surpass our customers’ expectations,” says Andreas Hemmi, Head of Supply Chain Americas.
