European and global base oil landscape is undergoing a significant change, with the restructuring of Group I production and investments in new Group II and III capacity.
The production restructuring has impacted the global availability of heavy oils, with tightness of heavy neutrals and tightness-to-shortage of bright stock.
The future supply-demand outlook for these grades will be discussed and existing alternatives will be compared.
