Nynas’ tyre oils in the spotlight in the USA

When the leading companies and specialists in the rubber industry gather in Cleveland in north-west USA, Nynas will be there as an exhibitor, and Dr Mika Lahtinen will also be giving a technical presentation

The ideal opportunity to make important business contacts, share experiences and also to keep up with the latest developments in the rubber industry. That’s how you can summarise the International Rubber Conference, which will be held over the course of three intensive days in Cleveland, Ohio starting on 10 October.

“The conference is aimed not only at the US-based tyre and rubber industry, but also at global and regional players from all over the world, in particular Asia, who are expanding into the US and investing there,” says Dr Herbert Fruhmann, Market Manager Nynas Naphthenics.

In addition to the conference, there is an exhibition at which leading players in the industry will be presenting their offerings. Nynas will also be taking part in the exhibition with a stand (no. 441), which will be staffed by a specialist team who will be answering questions and making new contacts.

Furthermore, Dr Mika Lahtinen, Technical Manager for the Tyre Group at Nynas, will be giving a presentation in the morning of 12 October on the subject of “Evaluation of Rubber Process Oils in Winter Tyres”. Dr Lahtinen is a leading international name in the research and development of tyre oils.

“As an international leader in this field, our involvement in Cleveland shows our global reach and our expertise to existing and potential customers,” concludes Dr Fruhmann.
