Rubbercon 2016

The city of Tampere in Finland is the choice for this early summer event the 8-9th of June. The theme of the conference this year is "Rubber in difficult and extreme conditions."

The Finnish Association for Rubber Technology takes care of the arrangements and the conference will be held at Solo Sokos Hotel Torni, the newest hotel in Tampere. Finnish manufacturing of rubber products has a strong presence in this region and the Tampere University of Technology with a research group of Plastics and Elastomer Technology is also situated here.

Dr. Mika Lahtinen from Nynas will have a presentation on June 8th at 13:45 about “Naphthenic rubber process oils for technical rubber applications”
