Before a tanker is allowed access, the driver must also undergo an induction process and answer an induction questionnaire to illustrate that all the required site safety procedures have been fully understood.
The drivers handle the loading themselves and all product qualities are available from all loading bays.
The new facility is an important investment. It means that Nynas in Harburg has full control over the whole distribution chain – from the import of crude oil to the finished product being delivered to customers in Germany, France, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland – resulting in greater flexibility.
