Job description

This is a new position at our company. The jobholder is part of the HR Management team at Nynas and reports to the HR Director. The role has the overall ownership and responsibility for the employer branding function and global activities but has no subordinates.

The purpose of the position is to drive the agenda and activities to strengthen and develop Nynas employer brand globally and locally, in order to become an even more attractive and clear employer with its offer and reputation. To create clarity about why you should work at Nynas, and how we are also in the future the employer where employees develop and stay within the company.

You will run and project manage employer branding work in close collaboration with colleagues at HR and Marketing and Communication. Another important area would be to increase insights on how the Employer brand and value proposition is appreciated at the talent market.

Further responsibilities are to:

  • Strategic competence supply- identify the need for future competence and talent in the organization

  • Develop a staff idea-skills, attitude and behaviour adapted to company culture

  • Identify target group- where are these and how should we target information to this target group

  • Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital and print platforms
  • Develop a robust recruitment strategy and drive candidate attraction
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategi and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns

Background & Skills

Bachelor's degree with specialization in HR Management. Minimum five years qualified HR experience from international companies and at least two years' experience of working with international employee branding with good results.

Very good knowledge of English and the Swedish language. Considerable knowledge of Employer branding. You have a good ability to lead and run projects.
