Compensation & Benefit Manager till Nynas AB

Our HR department are now looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our team in Stockholm. The role

In this role you will be Nynas´s expert in C&B and responsible for working towards the company´s goals as an attractive and interesting employer. You will be working closely with managers and be the key person to develop the C&B on all levels in the company.

In the role as C&B Manager you will, among other things, be responsible for;

  • Design, implement, improve, and secure C&B policies and procedures
  • Pensions, benefits, bonuses and employee insurances
  • Manage the overall annual compensation process efficiency
  • Ensure the positions evaluations are done
  • Investigations and updates of Salary Statistics (market data)
  • Deploying effective communication strategies
  • Leading and managing HR Team calibration meetings
  • Training of managers in C&B
  • Negotiating contract with external providers

The position will be based at the head office in Stockholm. The role as C&B Manager is an opportunity to develop the role over time – in accordance with your own skills and interest. You will be reporting to the HR Director and will also be working closely with HR Managers, HR SSC and managers within the company.

Your background

  • A university degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • Applicable work experience (minimum of 7 –10 years) in leading C&B roles in an international environment and understanding of qualified HR Work.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent skills in Excel
