Sales Administrator Bitumen Nordic, Johanneshov

We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator for Bitumen Nordic, based in Johanneshov. You will be part of the Sales Administration group within Bitumen Nordic.

As the position holder, you will work as a sales administrator for Bitumen Nordic, Sweden and Finland. As Sales Administrator you will carry out invoicing, stock reconciliation and payment registration in our ERP System NOW. There will be both internal- and external contacts.

Key responsibilities

  • Invoicing, review and error correction of orders.
  • Stock reconciliation, updating of prices etc. in ERP systems.
  • Checking supplier invoices.
  • Sales administrative tasks with frequent internal contacts within finance, logistics and sales.
  • Contact with external parties, both suppliers and customers.
  • Experience of sales administration is a merit.
  • Has a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge in ERP system and well-developed IT skills, experience from JDE is a merit.
  • You need to be fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge in English. Another Nordic language is a merit.
  • You are open, social, and enjoy working in teams.
  • Is structured, accurate, service-minded, and customer oriented.
  • Is analytical and has problem solving skills, as well as drive for results.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate:

  • Experience of sales administration is a merit.
