For the sales department Nynas AS in Norway, we are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator.

AsSales Administrator you will be responsible for sales administration towards our customers in Norway. Accuracy and efficiency in all customer oriented tasks is an essential part of the role.

Key responsibilities


  • Maintain and develop a functional sales administrative system to ensure that agreed service-levels to customers are met at optimal cost.
  • Ensure correct and timely invoicing
  • Work to improve all work within Norwegian team, eg by proposing corrective actions
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Work closely with Sales administrator team in Nynas Bitumen Nordic, and actively work to improve internal procedures and create an efficient work environment.

Candidate profile


The successful candidate:

  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience of sales administration
  • Business-to-business experience in an international environment is a merit.
  • Knowledge in ERP system.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experienced in invoicing, inventory and/or customer service. Ability to interact with employees at all level.
  • Is self-reliant, flexible and have the ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Is results oriented and set self-challenging goals with the concern for doing a good job.
