20% LEARNING AND SHARING

I believe that you never stop learning. Knowledge exchange, networking, and giving back are key elements of that process. Learning means staying curious, listening to peers, observing others, and bringing new perspectives into my work. Sharing means turning knowledge into value through collaboration, dialogue, mentoring, and the exchange of good practices. Progress accelerates when knowledge is openly shared.

35% POSITIVE IMPACT

I am driven by work that creates meaningful value beyond the company, extending to people, communities, and the planet. Positive impact means helping good practices and solutions spread across organisations and value chains through the right incentives and support, enabling a transition that is fair, inclusive, and connected to real people.

10% GLOCALISATION

I am inspired by ideas, practices, risks, and solutions from around the world, but I focus on translating them into practical local contexts. Many sustainability challenges are global in nature, yet they materialise differently depending on local realities. Glocalisation helps me connect global insights, data, and experiences with country- and community-specific needs, ensuring that decisions are both informed and relevant. The goal is to keep sight of the bigger picture while enabling meaningful change on the ground.

20% DATA MANAGEMENT

I see data as an enabler of better decision-making. It helps transform complexity into evidence, evidence into insight, and insight into action. By combining data, technology, and AI, we can work smarter, make more informed decisions, identify opportunities, manage risks, and focus efforts where they create the greatest value and impact. For me, data is not an end in itself; it is the foundation for better decisions and meaningful progress.

15% SUMAK KAWSAY (BUEN VIVIR)

It is about belonging, reciprocity, balance, and finding joy in the ordinary. It is my personal space shaped by family, friends, food, culture, nature, and the simple rituals of everyday life. It reminds me that a good life is built not only on achievements, but also on care, meaningful relationships, and the spaces where we reconnect with what matters most.
